Athletics 2015
2015 was a great year for me as far as athletics ministry goes. 2015 was an amazing year for me. I went to 16 events – Beijing, Brussels, Cheboksary, Doha, Monaco, Prague, Rome, Stockholm as well as all the main UK events. As well as Oxford Mail articles at 10 events, I wrote my first articles for Athletics Weekly (4 so far) and started writing for Runblogrun website (20+ articles so far).In the other part of my life I was privileged to serve by doing “church” for team GB twice in Beijing and also in Cheboksary. I facilitated athletes’ Bible Studies at six Diamond Leagues with 45 different athletes attending. In Doha I was able to respond to a request from an athlete to arrange church attendance (on a Friday, of course!) Ten of us went. Seem that what I offer is appreciated.
