This is a children’s book, perhaps for the eight year old. It consists of 30 pages but only 500 words plus career summaries at the end. The book tells the story of Shelly-Ann’s life and career illustrated by some beautiful full colour drawings. The title comes from something her grandmother said to her when she was a little girl.
The publisher refers to it as: "An inspiring children’s picture book about the indomitable spirit of Jamaican six-time Olympic medal winner".
