How do you write a review of the Sky Sports Football Yearbook? For many of us the book is an indispensable reference book. I have a copy of the last 25 editions.
If you are not familiar with it, it is 1056 pages of football facts and figures. The essential features are player and club records. Of course, much of the information is available in a myriad of Internet sites yet somehow statistics in the Sky Sports Football Yearbook are more credible, trustworthy and believable.
Other strong features include a comprehensive month by month review of the season, the team of the year, obituaries and the coming season’s fixtures.
Lovers of trivia will enjoy the “Did you know?” factfile on each club.
